Metal thieves hit Walton, Dorena substations

Metal thieves broke into two power substations and did thousands of dollars in damage, the Bonneville Power Administration said.

Weather Pattern

An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (Shaded “U” shape with arrows) returns the rain chances and colder Canadian air brings the chance for a snow flake or two. The graphics for days 1-3 show the storm pushing through the Pacific Northwest today.
