The Oregon Ducks‘ 2013 regular season docket was determined Thursday morning as the Pac-12 released schedules for next season.
Most notably, Oregon will visit Stanford on November 7, a Thursday night game to be televised on ESPN. Stanford beat Oregon 17-14 this past November to deny the Ducks a shot at the BCS National Championship game.
Oregon will not face Southern California or Arizona State. Because of the conference’s expansion to 12 teams, each team competes against the five teams in their division – the “North” for the Ducks – and four of the six teams in the other division.
The two teams that Oregon did not meet with in the 2012 season, UCLA and Utah, will both visit Eugene, on October 26 and November 16, respectively.
Oregon will open its regular season with a home game against Nicholls State on August 31, before rounding out its non-conference scheduled with a road game at Nevada and home game against Tennessee on the following Saturdays.
The Civil War Game will take place on November 29, when the Ducks will welcome the Beavers to Autzen Stadium the day after Thanksgiving.
