Kenjon Barner Named Semifinalist for NCAA Cover

574454_10151436780927280_19377046_nAfter hundreds of thousands of votes, promo videos and the likes, EA Sports has announced its four semifinalists for NCAA Football 14.

Former Oregon Ducks running back Kenjon Barner has been named one of four finalists for EA Sports annual NCAA Football video game cover. Barner is in the running against Denard Robinson of Michigan, Eddie Lacy of Alabama and Ryan Swope Texas A&M.

Only one Ducks player has ever been honored as the cover player for the game – Joey Harrington stared on the cover of NCAA football 2003 over a decade ago.

Barner received over 38,000 votes on Facebook, and was the fourth most popular selection. Swope of A&M was third with 51,000+ votes. Robinson received just over 60,000 votes and Lacey had the most votes with nearly 80,000 votes.

A new round of competition will begin for EA announces its final two in a few weeks. So get out there and vote, Ducks fans!
