Person struck by vehicle on I-5 in Roseburg

A person was struck by a vehicle on Interstate 5 by the Douglas County Fairgrounds in the southbound lanes, causing a traffic mess Wednesday afternoon.

Look for some clouds and comfortable temperatures for the rest of the week. Smoke is going to hang around many areas due to the multiple wildfires scattered over the state.
