#32 – Bobby Dunn

in By The Numbers/Firehose/Headline Feed/Rotator/Sports by

Oregon Ducks defensive back Bobby Dunn, a redshirt sophomore from Jesuit High School (New Orleans, Louisiana), enters his third season in the Oregon program.

Before joining the Ducks, Dunn lettered two seasons of varsity football. The first team All-District, first team All-Metro, and first team All-State prep star finished his junior and senior seasons with a combined 80 tackles, seven interceptions and one fumble recovery. Dunn was a multi-talented athlete in high school. He competed in track and field for three seasons and was a district and regional champion as a sprinter.

Dunn is currently a member of the University of Oregon Rowing Club.

Dunn was dressed down for the 2013 Oregon Spring Game, but did not see the field.

Going into the 2013 season, Dunn will be buried on the depth chart behind an incredibly talented secondary. The Ducks feature two of the top corners in the country along with a plethora of talented safeties.

Dunn isn’t likely to play this upcoming season, but could see the field in the years after. The sophomore-to-be’s goal should be to find a spot in special teams and work towards earning a scholarship.
