Local Lunch Gal Jennifer and I were recently invited to attend the Fall Harvest Dinner at the amazing Red Ridge Farms in Dayton, Oregon. Prepared by renowned Chef Vitaly Paley, we had an amazing Oregon themed dinner featuring Durant Vineyards wines and Oregon Olive Mill Extra Virgin Olive Oils.
Red Ridge Farms is an olive grove, an olive mill, a lavender farm, a vineyard, a winery, a tasting room, an events center and an inn, with both a guest suite and a cottage for accommodations – there’s nothing quite like it in Oregon.
