BCSO Arrests 3 for DUII During Halloween

benton-sheriffCORVALLIS, Ore. — The Benton County Sheriff’s Office participated in extra DUII saturation patrol and enforcement during Halloween weekend.

Deputies arrested three people for DUII, cited three people for minor in possession-alcohol, two for possession of a controlled substance, and numerous citations for various violations.

Deputies also responded four traffic crashes with two involving injuries.

Oregon’s DUII Enforcement Program is committed to reducing the amount of crashes and impaired drivers on our roadways by keeping them off the roadway and arresting them when they choose to drive.
