Why not Wine Jelly?


I happened to have some leftover Willamette Valley Pinot Noir hanging around, and decided to put it to good use. A few clicks on Pinterest and voilá! Wine Jelly was so simple to make and turned out delicious. You can use any wine you might have laying around, or make a big batch like I did to hand out as gifts. Cheers! (Works with leftover champagne from your New Years Party too!)
