Got out of bed at 2:30 am on Thursday morning made the hour and half drive north  to Woodburn and the Wooden shoe Tulip festival.   Sun peeked out about 6:35 am and the morning became alive with color. The sunrise woke up a hot air balloon that began to rise. I started taking photos and didn’t stop for the next 5 hours.

This week its :

“Tulips and Balloons”

All of the photos were taken at the Wooden Shoe Tulip festival (Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm) in Woodburn which runs through May 3rd.

Hope you enjoyed this weeks photo essay, next week its back to Rock and Roll!

Hugs, BJ
