Zachary Beauchamp is retaining Jacob G. Daniels for his defense in his Manslaughter Case. Beauchamp is currently lodged in the Lane County Jail facing charges of manslaughter, menacing, reckless endangering, and unlawful use of a weapon in relation to the death of Justin Lee Gardner. Beauchamp has pleaded not guilty to all of the above charges.
Daniels believes that Mr. Beauchamp will be cleared of charges. He describes Beauchamp as “A young father who was at the wrong place at the wrong time.” Daniels added: “Mr. Beauchamp is very upset that his friend, Mr. Justin Gardner, died in the incident. He is sincerely upset for the pain and suffering incurred by Mr. Gardner’s family. Nonetheless, Mr. Beauchamp maintains that he is innocent of the charged crimes.”
