Arrest Made in Nite Inn Shooting

EUGENE, Ore. – A Goshen man is facing charges after shots were fired at a Eugene motel.

Police say Daymien Jonathan Tilton, 40, fired multiple shots at a vehicle after a dispute in the parking lot of the Nite Inn on West 6th Avenue at around 8:30 a.m. on June 21st.

The Tilton reportedly fled on scene before officers arrived.

Springfield police officers found Tilton in the Glenwood neighborhood. The Eugene Police Department was called out to the area where they arrested Tilton.

Tilton faces charges of reckless endangerment, possession of a firearm, and unlawful use of a weapon.
