LAKESIDE, Ore. – According to Coos County deputies, what started as a search warrant for a wanted man ended with the arrests of three others on numerous charges.
Deputies served a warrant to a home on the 97000 block of North Lake Lane in Lakeside on Monday. They said they were looking for Lucas Noble Huhn, 36, but he was not home. After speaking with the three men who were there, an investigation ensued regarding an unlawful amount of marijuana being grown on the property.
Deputies arrested the three men after finding child pornography, methamphetamine, 83 marijuana plants, multiple firearms, a stolen vehicle and other stolen property at the home.
Robert Thomas Lowder and Brian Anthony Brown were booked on charges of unlawful manufacture of marijuana, methamphetamine possession, and for failing to register as a sex offender.
Lowder is also facing charges for possessing materials with sexually explicit conduct of a child and felon in possession of a firearm. Brown is facing an additional charge of giving false information to a police officer.
Patrick Brian Donley is facing charges of unlawful manufacture of marijuana, unlawful possession of methamphetamine, felon in possession of a firearm, unlawful use of a motor vehicle, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, theft, and multiple probation violations.
Investigators also found evidence of additional crimes they believe were committed by the men and are still seeking Huhn and Michelle Louise Rampoldi.
All five suspects are residence of the home.
