Weather Pattern

An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with arrows) flattens out enough to allow a frontal system to move in. The graphics for days 1-3 show the frontal system has pushed eastward away from Oregon and the next frontal system headed out way Tuesday. The graphics for days 3-7 Wednesday through next Sunday show the frontal systems headed to and then moving through the Pacific Northwest through next Sunday.
Note: Mt. Ashland Ski, Willamette Pass, and Hoodoo are open Monday for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.

It's said the budget of Peninsula is roughly $16 million, which is double what the original cost to produce. While it is being billed as a sequel, director Yeon Sang-ho cautions that it is not a continuation of what happened in Train to Busan, but it "happens in the same universe." The story of Peninsula is set four years after the events of the first movie. It centers on a former soldier who has managed to escape the devastated Korean peninsula.
