Roseburg Business Asks Public to Help Find Thief

in Headline Feed by

ROSEBURG, Ore. — A Roseburg business is asking for the public’s help after their store was broken into early Sunday morning.

Around 2:30 a.m on Sunday, the owners of I’d Hit That Smokin’ Pipes were woken up by their alarm company, telling them their front door alarm was going off.

When the owners arrived, they found their door completely shattered.

A few pipes were taken from the store shelves, and the door has been repaired, but the owners said finding the person who did this is a matter of justice.

“We don’t want these people to think they can get away with it, and my neighbor at Big River Cycle and J and J Mart.. you never know. They get away with it here, they may try other stores,” said Co-Owner Bob Painter.

If you know who may have committed the crime or hear information that may help solve the case, you are asked to call Roseburg Police’s non-emergency number: 541-492-6760.
