Man Accused of Sex Abuse, Detectives Seek Other Victims

LEBANON, Ore. — A man is facing sex abuse charges stemming from an incident that happened seven years ago.

On Tuesday, Lebanon Police detectives arrested Dylan James Joslin, 22, as a result of a joint investigation with the Linn County Sheriff’s Office that stemmed from an incident that occurred in 2009.

They said the sex crimes involved a minor who Joslin knew.

They believe there are others victims from incidents that occurred in Lebanon, Albany and in other cities in Linn County.

Joslin is facing charges of sex abuse, sodomy, and incest.
