Woman Accused of Burglarizing Trailer Near Coquille

COQUILLE, Ore. — A woman is facing multiple charges after being accused of burglarizing a trailer.

Deputies responded to a call of a burglary in progress at a trailer park south of Coquille on Tuesday at around 1:39 p.m.

Deputies said Jordan Byrd saw the door open to his brother’s trailer and went inside. They said he went inside thinking his brother was there and found Kathleen R. Allen, 43, burglarizing the trailer.

Deputies said he and confronted Allen and she pushed him to the ground and held him there before fleeing. Deputies found her near the trailer park and arrested her.

Deputies said she is a transient that has been in the Coquille area for a couple of weeks. They said Allen has had numerous contacts by the Sheriff’s Office and Coquille Police. Sheriff’s
