OSP continued to check surrounding residences and the crash area and were unable to locate Dougan.

On Sunday, April 8, 2018 at approximately 5:15PM, OSP received information from a friend of Dougan that she has been missing since April 6th.  OSP and the Klamath County Sheriff’s Office were responding back to the crash site when the friend called back and reported they had found Dougan.
