OSP seeking witnesses to single vehicle crash (Photo)

On June 5, 2018 at approximately 12:07 PM a red Honda Civic was involved in a single vehicle crash on Hwy 22E, eastbound lanes,  near mp 11- Stayton/Aumsville exit (Marion County) 

Witnesses report that the driver got out of the vehicle with a 5 year old boy, that appeared to be injured, and flagged down a black Hyundai sedan driven by a female with blonde hair.  Witnesses report the male asked "to be taken to Stayton".
