    It’s not everyday you hear that a life-size plastic cow is stolen, or that there is a reward for it’s return. So if you haven’t heard Aretha is missing, she is a life-size cow owned by Lochmead Dairy. Here is Rick Dancer with the story. Oh, by the way. The reward is a years worth of ice cream. Crash Blocks Hwy 99 Near Milliron Rd


JUNCTION CITY, Ore. — Police say one lane was blocked early Thursday morning due to a motor vehicle crash. The first calls came in just after 6:45 a.m. and both lanes were open by 8 a.m. This happened near Highway 99 S and Milliron Road in Junction City. There was no word on injuries.

Senior Men Win Title


  By Vera Westbrook LANE COUNTY – Women aren’t the only seniors in Lane County breaking tennis records. The Tribune recently reported that a Eugene team of women 55 and older won first place at 2013 season United States Tennis Association (USTA) national championship games held in April this year.
