Leaves are abundant in Eugene and the Northwest. And, as beautiful as they may be to some, others see them as a pain throughout the fall and winter months. In an effort to satisfy the needs of their citizens, the City of Eugene adopted a Leaf Pickup and Deliver Program in the late-1960s.
