LANE COUNTY, Ore. — A missing Noti woman was found safe Wednesday night. Thirty-eight y 38-year-old Candida Green’s mother says she was last seen on Nov. 27, which prompted the Lane County Sheriff’s Office to issue a missing person report. Investigators say Green was located Wednesday night.
