Happy 4th of July! It will be a great day for any kind of outdoor holiday activities.

It will warm back up for all of the Independence Day celebrations. Have a safe 4th of July Holiday. Please don’t Drink and Drive or Boat and Drive. The least you could get is a ticket and the worst is a ticket to the last roundup for you and maybe someone else. Be safe.

Partly cloudy with patchy fog this AM, sunny and warmer this afternoon (Independence Day), clear tonight, sunny and warmer again Tuesday, mostly clear at night, mostly sunny and just a bit cooler Wednesday, mostly clear Wednesday evening, then becoming mostly cloudy late Wednesday night highs 80-86 cooling to near 80 Wednesday lows 48-55. Mostly cloudy Thursday (cooler) through Friday AM, partly cloudy Friday afternoon and Friday night, then back to mostly sunny and warmer days and mostly clear nights Saturday and Sunday highs 76-80 lows near 50. (seasonal averages high 79 low 50)

The Pollen forecast for the Eugene/Springfield Area is for trees to be absent, weeds to be low, and Grass to be high. (Provided by Allergy and Asthma Research Group)

Because weather forecasting is a combination of science, intuition, and timing there can be no absolute guarantees that individual forecasts will be 100% accurate. Nature is in a constant state of flux and sudden unexpected weather events can happen.
