CORVALLIS, Ore. — Oregon State University is putting itself on the map again – this time for its online programs.
The U.S. News and World Report ranks the University as the fifth best in the country for its online Bachelor’s degree programs.
The E-campus program has been expanding over the years, serving more students around the world.
Ratings are based on student engagement and faculty credentials, among other factors.
“I think it’s a reflection of OSU as a whole,” said student Austin Baker. “We’ve continuously been moving up and trying to make ourselves better.”
Last school year, more than 15,000 students took an E-campus class.
“It’s just great,” said student Kaitlyn Muller. “For a university to be providing such an awesome program and for it to be so highly ranked is awesome for Oregon State.”
