Benton County helps with search for missing man

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office search and rescue team is assisting the Polk County Sheriff’s Office as it searches for a 59-year-old man.

Weather Pattern

An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge will bring us more sunshine and warming temperatures with a little break then the ridge strengthens again.. The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems near Oregon. The graphics for days 3-7 Friday through next Tuesday show no frontal activity through the period until a cold front shows up to our northwest next Tuesday.
Note: The weather is looking good for the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials at Hayward Field that continue through Sunday June 27th.
A wildfire in Northern Oregon will possibly be spreading some smoke into the Willamette Valley.
