Weather Pattern

An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (Shaded “Arch” shape with arrows) is in control keeping us in dry and sunny weather. An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (Shaded “U” shape with arrows) will take over returning the chance for rain. The graphics for days 1-3 show a weak frontal system breaks apart as it is trying to move through the Pacific Northwest. The graphics for days 3-7 Saturday through next Wednesday show a frontal system building and moving toward the coast then pushes into the Pacific Northwest Sunday and Monday with another front approaching the coast next Tuesday.
Note: Mt. Ashland Ski, Willamette Pass, and Hoodoo are open on their regular days of operation.
