In its 2020 rankings, Library Journal has named Eugene Public Library a “Star Library” with a top “Five Star” designation.

An Upper Level Low Pressure Trough (Shaded “U” shape with arrows) takes over returning the chance for rain. The graphics for days 1-3 show the frontal system that moved through the Pacific Northwest today and the next weak one behind it. The graphics for days 3-7 Thursday through next Monday show the a storm moving through the Pacific Northwest next Sunday and Monday.
