Two Clackamas County residents win big in the Oregon Lottery, capturing the Megabucks jackpot of $5.6 million and the Win for Life top prize of $1,000 a week for life.
Digital balloons and Hollywood lights filled Kathleen Whitney’s screen on the Lottery app, alerting her she just won what she thought was $5,600.
Her husband quickly pointed out the misunderstanding – she had actually won $5.6 million.
