Bill Monroe: Anglers facing unprecedented restrictions in some popular Oregon fisheries

Anglers might enjoy a summer and fall of improved runs of Columbia River and offshore salmon, but they’re sandwiched between unprecedented restrictions in some of the Northwest’s most popular fisheries.
