At 4:20 p.m. January 16, Paul Bruce Allen, age 47, left his resident in the 800 block of Van Buren Street. His family is concerned as he has not come home and they have not been able to find him. He is diagnosed with memory and other physical conditions. Allen was last seen wearing the blue vest and blue hat pictured in one of these photos.
Allen has a history of walking near Skinner Butte Park. Due to his fragile medical condition and it now being night, he has been entered as an endangered missing person. Family stated he has trouble with his speech and may appear intoxicated due to his difficulty with forming sentences. He will not remember his address or phone numbers of family members. He should remember his own name.
If anyone locates Allen they are asked to call 911.
