MILTON-FREEWATER — The chip seal project on highways 207 and 11 now is starting just south of Milton-Freewater.

The Oregon Department of Transportation in an update Friday, June 2, announced the contractor begins the work Monday, June 5, and will work from the Milton-Freewater area south to Pendleton. From there, the work will transition to Highway 730 at the Oregon/Washington state line and travel south to Interstate 84.
