Lois and Dave Cho at their new property atop Bald Peak in Gaston. They will plant their first vines and complete tasting room and winery construction in 2023. Traditional Cho wines, like pinot noir, show a circle filled with Oregon wild flowers on their label. Experimental wines like this pŽtillant naturel are adorned with a flashier label. The Cho's 77-acre property came with a quarter-acre of riesling vines.

Lois and Dave Cho are one heck of a dynamic wine duo. Dave is Oregon’s first Korean winemaker/winery co-owner, while Lois said, “I do everything else.” They do their jobs exceptionally well.
