HERMISTON — The driver involved in a Christmas Day crash near Hermiston that resulted in the death of a 10-year-old boy now is in the Umatilla County Jail.
The Umatilla County Sheriff’s Office on Wednesday, March 20, arrested Raileen Erin Cook, 23, on a warrant for second-degree manslaughter, six counts of third-degree assault, three counts of reckless endangering and one count each of reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol).
