An Upper Level High Pressure Ridge (“Arch” shape) is still keeping the warmer and dry weather over us for one more day. The ridge starts moving away from us by late Tuesday. The graphics for days 1-3 show no frontal systems approaching the Pacific Coast until Wednesday when a front will be offshore. The graphics for days 3-7 Friday through Tuesday show the frontal system offshore Friday that pushes through the Pacific Northwest overnight and Saturday, then a complex frontal system sits well offshore next Tuesday.
Note: The Vernal Equinox takes place this evening at 8:06 pm to begin the season of Spring.
