PENDLETON — The National Weather Service in Pendleton issued a fire weather watch for Tuesday, June 13, for Gilliam, Morrow and Umatilla counties.
Wind and low relative humidity, as well as a strong cold front moving across the Pacific Northwest are contributing factors to the fire watch, according to the NWS.
