Eugene OR. Eugene Springfield Fire and Eugene Police responded to a head on two vehicle crash at W 2nd and Chambers in Eugene Saturday afternoon. ESF worked to extricate the driver of a sedan, suspected to have serious injuries. The driver was transported to the hospital, and law enforcement has blocked off the scene to investigate.
