PENDLETON — Pendleton’s Roy Raley Park will have a substantial facelift with help from a grant through Oregon State Parks.
The city in a press release Wednesday, Sept. 27, announced the Pendleton Parks and Recreation Department received a $330,000 grant from the Local Government Grant Program through Oregon State Parks to renovate Roy Raley Park.
