HERMISTON — Hermiston will have a new urban renewal area after the Hermiston City Council voted unanimously Monday night, July 24, to support the plan.
The council approved an ordinance to create the North Hermiston Urban Renewal Area that will include several infrastructure projects and ultimately connect Highway 395 to Northeast Fourth Street aligning with Aspen Drive.
