HERMISTON — The Hermiston City Council will decide on whether to allow city residents another chance to legalize sales of marijuana inside city limits following a work session Monday night, Feb. 26
The consensus of the council was to have an up or down vote at a future meeting to decide if it wants to put the question before voters once again.
