MILTON-FREEWATER ― About 50 Milton-Freewater residents turned out Monday, March 25, at the city’s community building to a city-sponsored meet-and-greet for three finalists competing to the next city manager.
Attending were Benjamin Burgener, Stanfield city manager, Charles “Chad” Morris, deputy city manager of Niceville, Florida, and Aaron Palmquist, the city manager of Irrigon.
