MILTON-FREEWATER — Milton-Freewater police arrested a man on Christmas Day in connection to numerous graffiti cases.
Angel Ibarra Diaz, 20, of Milton-Freewater, ended up in the Umatilla County Jail on four counts of second-degree criminal mischief, three counts of second-degree criminal trespass, and two counts of first-degree criminal mischief, which are felonies, according to a news release from Milton-Freewater Police Chief Joe Shurtz.
