MILTON-FREEWATER — Milton-Freewater police made an arrest Wednesday, Nov. 9, stemming from a fire in August.
Police Chief Doug Boedigheimer reported Araceli Contreras, 39, is in the Umatilla County Jail, Pendleton, on probable cause for first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree arson.
