More Pendleton North Hill basements and crawl spaces flood

PENDLETON — Dean Fouquette of Pendleton now counts 10 North Hill homes with flooded basements or crawl spaces, plus his rental house at 911 N.W. Despain Ave.

“Those are the ones we know about,” he said. “How many haven’t reported flooding?”
