PENDLETON — The time for secrecy is done. The new name for former Crabby’s Underground Saloon & Dance Hall in downtown Pendleton is public: the Flying X Speakeasy Lounge.
The reveal actually came out in the consent agenda for the city council’s April 18 meeting when the council gave its endorsement for a state liquor license.
