BOARDMAN — Boardman police Wednesday, Jan. 4, were involved in a shooting while contacting a man regarding the violation of a restraining order.
Oregon State Police reported two Boardman officers contacted Matthew Louis Spargo, 39, in a vehicle during a traffic stop, which resulted in an officer involved shooting.
