PENDLETON — On Dec. 23, 2023, Ki Soon Hyun, an 83-year-old woman with memory issues, moved into the Mt. Hood Senior Living facility in Sandy.
Two days later, she was found dead in a nearby wooded area after wandering out of the facility and spending the night alone in freezing temperatures.
