MILTON-FREEWATER — A Milton-Freewater resident died Friday, Sept. 8, north of the city limits in a three-vehicle crash. Oregon State Police also reported three other people in the crash suffered minor injuries.
The deadly crash occurred at approximately 5:04 p.m. on Highway 11 near Highway 332. According to a press release from Oregon State Police, the preliminary investigation indicated Prithvi Singh, 30, was driving a Chevrolet Spark and exited the parking lot of a convenience store and turned northbound on Highway 11 into the continuous left turn lane.
