PORTLAND — The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service is offering financial assistance for Oregon farmers, ranchers and forest landowners to perform voluntary conservation activities.

NRCS Oregon announced new sign-up deadlines for the Environmental Quality Incentives Program and the Regional Conservation Partnership Program. Applicants must apply by Nov. 18 to be considered for the first round of fiscal year 2023 funding.
