An Oregon State Police trooper administered three doses of Narcan, a nasal spray that can reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, to a suspect in a stolen car investigation on Interstate 84 in Baker County on Saturday night, Aug. 26.

The suspect, Fernando Leonel Robles, 26, of Ontario, was taken by ambulance to Saint Alphonsus Medical Center in Baker City, where he was treated and released. Robles is in the Baker County Jail. He was arraigned Monday, Aug. 28 in Baker County Circuit Court on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and giving false information to a police officer.
