PENDLETON — Renting parks or recreational facilities in Pendleton looks like it costs more now.
The Pendleton City Council at its meeting Tuesday, Feb. 6, approved annual increases to city fees. Pendleton recorder Sheri Allen told the council most fees received a 3% increase, while some departments requested specific changes.
