PENDLETON — The Pendleton economic development director told the city council Jan. 23 the city’s growth has indeed developed but now needs direction and strategic planning.
“We need a plan that says this is who we want to be in the next 20 years, this is the town we want to live in, the quality of life we want to have with the jobs, the industry, spell it out for the world and make it very clear,” Pendleton Economic Development Director and Airport Manager Steve Chrisman told the city council.
